Nobody can get around your API key

Without a valid key there is no access, and a valid key only does what you allow, from where you allow it.

  • Unguessable and never stored in clear

    256-bit random keys. We keep only a SHA-256 fingerprint, so a database leak doesn’t expose them.

  • Read-only or read-write

    Give each integration the minimum scope. Keys can never manage users, billing or other keys.

  • Locked to your IPs

    Restrict a key to your server’s IPs or CIDR ranges. Requests from anywhere else are refused.

  • Expiry and one-click rotation

    Set keys to expire after 30–365 days and rotate them instantly if one leaks; the old secret stops working at once.

  • Brute force is blocked

    IPs that keep trying invented keys are blocked automatically, and every key has its own rate limit.

  • Everything is audited

    Creation, edits, rotation and revocation go to the audit log, and you see when and from which IP each key was last used.

Billing questions

Straight answers before you commit.

What exactly am I buying?

A monthly or yearly subscription to your own Ordyum CRM workspace. We host it, update it and back it up; you and your team use it from the browser or the installable app and connect your systems with API keys.

How do I get my API key?

After creating your account, go to Settings → Integrations → API keys and click “New key”. Choose its scope, expiry and allowed IPs. The secret is shown once — copy it into the WordPress plugin or your server.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and SEPA Direct Debit, processed by Stripe. Ordyum never sees your card. You can change the payment method and download invoices from Settings → Billing.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing whenever you like; Stripe prorates the difference automatically.

What happens when I reach a limit?

Nothing is deleted or locked. You just can’t add more of that item until you upgrade. Incoming leads get a 10% margin so no form submission is lost.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay twelve months upfront at a lower price — on our standard plans that’s two months free. Switch between monthly and yearly from the billing portal.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cards and the local payment methods Stripe enables in your country. Every invoice is available in the billing portal.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel from the billing portal and keep access until the end of the paid period. You can export your data to CSV whenever you want.

Do you have plans for larger agencies?

Yes. If you manage dozens of clients or need custom limits, a guided migration or invoicing, talk to us and we’ll tailor a plan.

What if someone steals my API key?

If the key is restricted to your server’s IPs, it won’t work from anywhere else. Either way, rotate or revoke it in one click and the old secret stops working immediately; the audit log shows when and from which IP it was used.
