Data deletion

How to stop Ordyum from accessing your data and how to have it deleted. This applies to people who use Ordyum, to agencies that connected Google, Meta or Microsoft accounts, and to leads whose details an agency stored in Ordyum.
1. Remove Ordyum’s access
Inside Ordyum, a workspace admin can disconnect any integration in Settings → Integrations (Google Ads, Meta, Shopify, lead sources) or remove a channel in Inbox (Gmail, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp). Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens immediately.
You can also revoke access from the platform: on Facebook, Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Ordyum → Remove; on Google, myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access → Ordyum → Remove access. After that, Ordyum can no longer read new data.
2. Ask us to delete your data
Send a request through our contact form choosing “Privacy & data” (/contact?topic=privacy), from the email address of your Ordyum account. Tell us whether you want to delete your user account only or the whole agency with all its workspaces.
We confirm the request from that address, delete the data from our active systems within 30 days and email you when it is done. Encrypted backups expire on their regular cycle (at most 30 days later).
3. What is deleted
User account: profile, sessions, two-factor settings, memberships and notifications. Agency: every workspace with its contacts, companies, deals, tasks, messages, forms, API keys and integration tokens.
We keep only what the law requires, such as invoices (kept by Stripe or PayPal and in our accounting) and security records needed to prevent fraud, without the CRM content.
4. If an agency stored your details
If you filled in a form or ad of a business that uses Ordyum, that business is responsible for your data. Contact it first: its team can delete your record at any time from the CRM.
If you cannot reach it, write to us choosing “Privacy & data” and include the business name: we will forward the request and help it respond.
