Terms of service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms govern the use of Ordyum, a CRM offered as a service to marketing agencies and their teams. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and the agency you represent.
1. The service
Ordyum lets an agency manage several client workspaces: contacts, companies, deals, tasks, reports and integrations with third-party platforms such as WordPress, Google Ads, Meta and Shopify.
We may improve, change or retire features. When a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will notify the agency owner in advance.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information and keep your password and API keys confidential. Each workspace receives its own API key; you are responsible for all activity performed with your credentials.
The agency owner and admins decide who has access to each workspace and with which role. Remove access for people who no longer work with you.
3. Free trial
New agencies get a free trial with the limits shown on the pricing page. No card is required.
When the trial ends without a paid plan, the agency is paused: the data is kept, but the CRM and its API keys stop working until a plan is chosen.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processors Stripe or PayPal, as chosen by the agency. Prices do not include taxes unless stated otherwise.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period; we do not refund partial periods except where required by law.
If a payment fails we will retry it and notify you. After a grace period, the agency may be paused until the payment is resolved.
Prices are shown in the plan’s currency. Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST and, where applicable, PST or QST) are added according to the agency’s billing address; agencies outside Canada may have to account for taxes in their own country.
5. Your data
You keep all rights to the data you and your clients store in Ordyum. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
You can export your contacts, companies and deals at any time. Paused accounts are not deleted automatically.
You confirm that you have a lawful basis to store and process the personal data of the leads and customers you upload or capture.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Ordyum to send spam, to store data obtained unlawfully, to attempt to access other customers’ data, or to overload or disrupt the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put other customers at risk, and will tell you why whenever we are allowed to.
Commercial emails and messages sent with Ordyum must comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the anti-spam laws of the recipient’s country: have the recipient’s consent, identify the sender and include a working unsubscribe link.
7. Third-party integrations
When you connect Google Ads, Meta, Shopify or any other platform, your use of that platform remains subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for changes or outages on their side.
8. Warranty and liability
We work hard to keep Ordyum available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the agency in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we will notify agency owners by email at least 15 days before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
Ordyum is operated from Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute will be heard by the courts of that province.
This does not remove any mandatory protection that the law of your own country grants you.
